<div><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Strategic Leadership &amp; Structure</li>
<li>Build, lead, and scale the HR function across the U.S. and Bulgaria, aligning HR strategy with company goals.</li>
<li>Partner with the CEO and leadership team to develop an organizational structure that supports growth and scalability</li>
<li>Coach and manage the HR team in Bulgaria, providing mentorship, alignment, and professional development.</li>
<li>Drive company-wide culture initiatives to foster engagement, inclusivity, and alignment with our mission.</li>
</ul>
<div><br><strong>Talent Acquisition &amp; Employer Brand<br></strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Lead full-cycle recruitment across all functions, with a focus on scaling the U.S. and Bulgaria teams.</li>
<li>Build a strong internal hiring process and enhance our employer brand globally.</li>
</ul>
<div><strong><br>Performance &amp; Development</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Design and implement performance evaluation frameworks, compensation strategies, and career progression paths.</li>
<li>Build and roll out training programs tailored to team needs and state-specific or regional HR regulations.</li>
<li>Support leadership with coaching, goal setting, and learning and development initiatives.</li>
</ul>
<div><br><strong>Compliance &amp; Operations</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Ensure compliance with all U.S. federal and state labor laws as well as Bulgarian HR regulations.</li>
<li>Oversee payroll management and benefits administration in both regions.</li>
<li>Manage vendor relationships for HR, benefits, payroll, and recruiting services.</li>
<li>Use HR data and metrics to track engagement, retention, and performance trends.</li>
</ul>

<li>Lead programs to strengthen employee engagement and foster a positive, high-performance culture.</li>
<li>Conduct regular pulse surveys and act on feedback to drive continuous improvement.</li>
<li>Ensure consistency in employee experience across both countries.&nbsp;</li>

<div><strong>Who You Are</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including exposure to both U.S. and international (preferably European/Bulgarian) operations.</li>
<li>Proven success scaling organizations through periods of rapid growth — ideally in tech, SaaS, or hardware/software environments.</li>
<li>Deep understanding of U.S. labor laws and familiarity with European employment frameworks.</li>
<li>Skilled in recruitment, performance management, compensation strategy, and organizational design.</li>
<li>Exceptional communicator with strong leadership presence and stakeholder influence.</li>
<li>Both strategic and hands-on — you enjoy designing systems and seeing them work in practice.</li>
<li>Empathetic, data-driven, and passionate about building high-performance, people-first cultures.</li>
<li>Experienced in managing and developing an HR team.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;</li>
