<div><br>Job Description:<br>We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Partner Marketing Manager to accelerate growth through our channel ecosystem and technology alliances.</div>
<div>In this role, you will work closely with channel managers, sales and strategic partnership leaders to drive growth through channel partners and tech alliances, managing the “to-partner” and “through-partner” marketing strategy. Your work will ensure our ecosystem is equipped, engaged, and excited to sell our solutions, directly influencing partner-sourced revenue and market reach.</div>

<div>Key Responsibilities:</div>
<div>Partner Strategy &amp; Co-Marketing<br>Drive growth through tech alliances and channel partners by developing and managing high-impact co-marketing programs.<br>Manage global MDF (Marketing Development Funds) allocation, including agency coordination and strict ROI tracking to ensure investments yield measurable pipeline growth.<br>Collaborate closely with partner sales leadership and cross-functional teams to identify priority partners and align marketing plans with mutual revenue goals.<br>Enablement &amp; Joint Messaging<br>Build compelling joint value propositions and solution messaging with partners, working in close collaboration with Product, Product Marketing, and Partner teams.<br>Serve as the primary marketing owner for Channeltivity, managing partner portal content and engagement strategies to ensure partners have self-service access to the right tools.<br>Develop comprehensive enablement kits and playbooks in collaboration with Product Marketing and Sales Enablement that empower partners to clearly articulate the Alcatraz value proposition.</div>
<div><br>Performance &amp; Analysis<br>Track and analyze campaign performance, pipeline influence, and partner-sourced revenue to validate the success of joint activities.<br>Monitor partner engagement metrics to identify gaps in training or resource utilization.<br>Report regularly on the overall health of the channel marketing program to executive leadership.<br>Qualifications:<br>3–6+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a specific focus on Partner Marketing, Channel Marketing, or Field Marketing in the security or SaaS space.<br>Hands-on experience managing Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platforms, specifically Channeltivity (highly preferred) or similar tools.<br>Strong understanding of the channel ecosystem (Integrators, VARs, Distributors, Tech Alliances) and what motivates partners to sell.<br>Experience managing MDF budgets and coordinating with external agencies to execute joint campaigns.<br>Excellent written communication skills with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with technical and sales audiences.<br>Self-starter mentality; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where you will build processes from the ground up.</div>
