<div><br>We are looking for an experienced Vice President (VP) of Marketing to direct and oversee our Marketing team. You will design, implement and monitor effective marketing strategies that align with our business goals.</div>
<div><br>The VP of Marketing will be responsible for shaping and executing the company’s overall marketing strategy with a key focus on product marketing and demand generation. This includes developing go-to-market strategies, positioning, messaging, and leveraging storytelling and innovative marketing techniques to drive customer engagement. The VP will lead cross-functional teams to promote product adoption, enhance brand presence, and ensure the company’s product offerings are both innovative and aligned with market demands.</div>
<div><br>Key Responsibilities:</div>
<div><br>&nbsp;1. Product Marketing Strategy:</div>
<div>Develop and lead the overall product marketing strategy across all markets.<br>Own the product positioning, value proposition, and messaging to differentiate products in the market.<br>Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, and other departments to align marketing efforts with product development and market needs.<br>Oversee market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform product strategy.<br>2. Demand Gen:</div>
<div>Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy to drive leads, conversions, and revenue growth.<br>Lead the creation of targeted campaigns to generate awareness and interest in the company’s products, from top-of-funnel awareness to bottom-of-funnel conversion.<br>Collaborate with Sales to ensure alignment of lead generation efforts and the development of sales-enablement tools.<br>Utilize marketing automation and CRM systems to track and optimize demand generation efforts, ensuring data-driven decision-making.<br>Drive continuous testing and optimization of campaigns, refining segmentation, targeting, and messaging for maximum effectiveness.<br>Monitor and report on lead generation KPIs, including MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline growth, providing actionable insights for ongoing improvements.<br>&nbsp;3. Go-to-Market Execution:</div>
<div>Lead the creation and execution of go-to-market plans for new product launches.<br>Work closely with the product team to manage product lifecycles from ideation to launch to post-launch growth phases.<br>Drive successful product launches by developing launch materials, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring sales enablement.<br>Ensure alignment between marketing, sales, and customer support during launches.<br>&nbsp;4. Brand and Messaging:</div>
<div>Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all product lines.<br>Leverage storytelling to craft compelling narratives that connect emotionally with customers and convey the value of products in an engaging way.<br>Manage the development of all product-related marketing collateral, including presentations, datasheets, case studies, videos, and web content.<br>Drive thought leadership and brand recognition in relevant industries through innovative and compelling content strategies.<br>&nbsp;5. Innovation in Marketing:</div>
<div>Lead a culture of innovation within the marketing department, identifying cutting-edge marketing strategies and tools to stay ahead of competitors.<br>Experiment with new technologies and platforms to elevate the customer experience and enhance product visibility.<br>Drive the adoption of digital innovation in areas such as automation, AI-driven insights, and customer personalization to maximize marketing effectiveness.<br>Encourage creativity in all marketing initiatives and campaigns to deliver breakthrough ideas that resonate with target audiences.<br>&nbsp;6. Team Leadership &amp; Development:</div>
<div>Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, including product marketers, content creators, and partner marketing specialists.<br>Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.<br>Provide guidance on marketing automation, CRM tools, and best practices.<br>&nbsp;7. Performance &amp; Metrics:</div>
<div>Develop and track KPIs to measure the success of product marketing and demand gen initiatives.<br>Analyze campaign performance data to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI.<br>Present performance reports and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.<br>&nbsp;8. Market Research &amp; Customer Insights:</div>
<div>Conduct ongoing market research and stay ahead of industry trends to refine product strategies.<br>Work closely with customer success teams to gather customer feedback and translate it into actionable product marketing initiatives.<br>Conduct customer segmentation and develop targeted marketing campaigns.</div>
<div><br>Key Qualifications:</div>
<div><br>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).<br>10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role focused on product marketing.<br>Proven expertise in using storytelling to enhance brand narrative and product positioning.<br>Track record of leveraging innovative marketing tactics to capture market attention and drive customer engagement.<br>Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and data analytics.<br>Proven expertise in demand generation, including lead nurturing, conversion optimization, and pipeline growth.<br>Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.<br>Experience in managing teams and budgets.<br>Deep understanding of market research, consumer behavior, and competitive analysis.<br>Ability to think strategically while executing hands-on tasks.</div>
<div><br>Preferred Experience:</div>
<div><br>Experience in AI, IAM, Biometrics or Security preferred.<br>Proven ability to drive revenue growth and market share through product marketing efforts.<br>Demonstrated success in digital marketing, content marketing, and customer acquisition strategies via Account Based Marketing (ABM).<br>Familiarity with emerging technologies and platforms that can be utilized for innovative product marketing.<br>CRM experience (ideally HubSpot) and deep understanding of complex multi-channel customer lifecycle.<br>A data driven mindset with strong quantitative and analytical skills and think in terms of CAC, LTV, ROI and your impact on the bottom line of the business.<br>You leverage data, metric, analytics and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights &amp; recommendations.<br>Experience driving engagement and conversion through targeting, creative, and different channel tests to deliver programs at scale.<br>You have prior experience in a similar role as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media and other digital channels.<br>You have solid expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics experience.<br>You are a highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills.<br>Both a strong strategic thinker, with the ability to translate quantitative and qualitative data/insights into strong marketing strategies, and a highly organized “doer,” with a data-driven mentality and a bias towards action.<br>Proven work experience as a VP of Marketing, Marketing Director or other senior role<br>Solid knowledge of SEO, web analytics and Google Adwords<br>Strong leadership skills<br>Excellent communications skills</div>
