We’re on the hunt for a passionate content creator, to help us on our mission to make the world BEAN OBSESSED through engaging and innovative social content. Joining us at an incredibly exciting time, you’ll be at the heart of how we connect with our community on Instagram and TikTok. You will be supporting our Digital Content Manager on the delivery of our overarching strategy as well as leading the content creation across these channels. This role is perfect for an aspiring food loving content creator or videographer/editor who wants to take on more responsibility and ownership at a smaller business where they can have a monumental impact.

We’re on a mission to make people OBSESSED with beans by giving them THE BEST of beans. Founded in 2021 by Amelia Christie-Miller, Bold Bean Co sources the best tasting beans on the planet and cooks them low and slow for a truly melt-in-the-mouth experience.
Today, we have a range of 9 delicious jarred beans with 7 Great Taste awards, including our best-selling Queen Butter Beans and Queen Chickpeas.
Over the past 3 years, we have been building a community of BEAN CHAMPS, sharing delicious recipe content to show people how they can use beans creatively and put them at the CENTRE of their plate. Why do we care about doing this? We truly believe beans are the world’s best food. They’re a natural source of protein, they naturally fertilise the soil (are a key crop in regenerative agriculture), not to mention incredible for your health (particularly your gut).
We have doubled our sales every quarter since we got started, and are the only brand driving volume growth within the category. This hasn’t been achieved through big budgets, but through award-winning, delicious products and innovative marketing, that has inspired a community of bean obsessives.
We have grown from supplying our loyal followers through direct orders to over 1000 stores including Waitrose, Sainsbury’s, Ocado and M&amp;S in just 3 years. We are a certified B-corp and winner of The Grocer Gold’s “Start-Up of The Year” 2023. But we’re only just getting started and have huge ambitions to continue to grow and make an even bigger impact in every way we can. 🎥 Your Key Responsibilities&nbsp;&nbsp;
<ul>
<li dir="ltr">Content Strategy:&nbsp;Work closely with the Head of Digital and Digital Content Manager to execute a streamlined content strategy, to support our marketing goals.</li>
<li dir="ltr">Content Creation: Oversee the end-to-end process of content production, including brainstorming, filming, editing, and publishing content across Instagram and TikTok. Recipe content will be the core focus, but content will also go beyond this, to also thinking innovatively around content for brand moments, product launches and storytelling. Styles of content will include video, image and Instagram stories.</li>
<li dir="ltr">Content Management: Handle the scheduling and management of content across Instagram and TikTok, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand voice and values.</li>
<li dir="ltr">Content collaborations: Work with our Digital Content Manager to identify key creator collaboration opportunities, overseeing the content creation and ensuring alignment with brand goals.</li>
<li dir="ltr">Community Engagement: Work with our Customer Experience Manager to engage with comments, DMs and the wider food community -&nbsp; enhancing customer relationships and engagement, encompassing the Bold Bean tone of voice. </li>
<li dir="ltr">Trend Spotting: Keep a close eye on the social landscape to ensure Bold Bean remains at the forefront of social trends. Continuously exploring new ideas and formats and adapting strategies to maintain a creative edge.</li>
<li dir="ltr">Reporting and Optimisation: Oversee content performance through in platform tools, feeding recommendations back into the team to optimise engagement and reach</li>
