<div><span style="font-family: poppins;">As a Development Coach, you’ll be at the heart of what we do—empowering adult learners to thrive. You’ll support and inspire individuals undertaking Leadership and Management apprenticeships, helping them to grow in confidence, capability, and career progression.</span></div>
<div><span style="font-family: poppins;">Key responsibilities include:</span></div>
<div><span style="font-family: poppins;">· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Managing a caseload of approximately 55 adult learners on Level 3 and Level 5 Leadership &amp; Management apprenticeships.</span></div>
<div><span style="font-family: poppins;">· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Supporting learners to successfully complete their programmes on time through tailored coaching and feedback.</span></div>
<div><span style="font-family: poppins;">· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Maintaining accurate learner records via our LMS, Aptem.</span></div>
<div><span style="font-family: poppins;">· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Adapting and personalising the learning journey to suit individual learner needs.</span></div>
<div><span style="font-family: poppins;">· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Providing motivational, developmental written and verbal feedback.</span></div>
<div><span style="font-family: poppins;">· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Preparing learners for End Point Assessment (EPA) and ensuring readiness.</span></div>

<div><span style="font-family: poppins;"><strong>About you…</strong></span></div>
<div><span style="font-family: poppins;">We’re looking for someone who is not only qualified and experienced but deeply passionate about lifelong learning and learner success.</span></div>
<div><span style="font-family: poppins;">You’ll ideally have:</span></div>
<div><span style="font-family: poppins;">· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Proven experience as an assessor/coach, ideally delivering L3 Team Leader and/or L5 Operations Manager apprenticeships.</span></div>
<div><span style="font-family: poppins;">· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Strong commercial background, preferably in a leadership or management role.</span></div>
<div><span style="font-family: poppins;">· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; CAVA, AET, PGCE, or equivalent teaching/assessing qualifications.</span></div>
<div><span style="font-family: poppins;">· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Confidence in delivering developmental feedback and personalising learning journeys.</span></div>
<div><span style="font-family: poppins;">· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Coaching credentials or memberships (e.g., ILM, EMCC UK, ICF) and safeguarding knowledge.</span></div>
<div><span style="font-family: poppins;">· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; A natural curiosity and genuine enthusiasm for continuous learning.</span></div>
<div><span style="font-family: poppins;">· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; A professional, empathetic, and supportive approach to coaching.</span></div>
<div><span style="font-family: poppins;">· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; High emotional intelligence and the ability to manage change effectively.</span></div>
<div><span style="font-family: poppins;">· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Strong facilitation skills for delivering impactful, engaging one-to-one coaching sessions.</span></div>
