<h3>What is an "IC3 Marketing Designer"?</h3>
<p>We have a career progression framework that includes Individual Contributor (IC) and People Manager (PM) tracks.&nbsp;IC1 is a junior Marketing Designer, IC4 is a senior Marketing Designer, and IC levels 2 and 3 cover that middle area.&nbsp;An IC3 Marketing Designer at Charlie takes strong ownership of their output, designs with commercial intent, and collaborates cross-functionally to improve performance across the customer journey.<br><br></p>
<h3>As a Marketing Designer you’ll be responsible for:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Designing and maintaining visual experiences across our blog, landing pages, organic social content and downloadable resources</li>
<li>Managing and evolving our Webflow content ecosystem, including a large library of SEO-focused pages</li>
<li>Translating marketing strategy and messaging into simple, engaging visual concepts that drive sign-ups</li>
<li>Running design-led experiments and A/B tests to improve engagement and lead generation</li>
<li>Creating scalable templates and component systems to improve efficiency and performance</li>
<li>Designing sales enablement assets and lead-generation materials that support conversion</li>
<li>Partnering closely with marketing, sales and other teams to deliver commercially impactful creative</li>
<li>Contributing new ideas for creative campaigns, growth channels and brand initiatives</li>
</ul>
<h3><br>Requirements&nbsp;You must have</h3>
<ul>
<li>Strong experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign and AfterEffects)</li>
<li>Experience designing digital experiences with UX/UI principles in mind</li>
<li>Working knowledge of Webflow or similar CMS / design platforms</li>
<li>A commercial mindset — you design for performance and measurable outcomes</li>
<li>The ability to simplify complex concepts into clear and compelling visual narratives</li>
<li>Experience collaborating with stakeholders across different functions</li>
<li>Confidence managing your own workload and taking ownership of deliverables</li>
<li>Self-awareness and humility — you know that honest feedback is how you grow, and you’re not afraid to ask for help</li>
</ul>
<h3>Let us know if you have</h3>
<ul>
<li>Experience working in a B2B SaaS or startup environment</li>
<li>Exposure to growth marketing experimentation or CRO testing</li>
<li>Experience designing lead-generation content such as ebooks, reports or guides</li>
<li>Experience building design systems or templated visual frameworks</li>
<li>Motion design or animation experience for digital marketing</li>
<li>Understanding of SEO-driven content strategies</li>
<li>Experience working closely with sales or revenue teams</li>
<li>An interest in workplace trends, HR tech or the future of work</li>

<h3>Compensation Package</h3>
<p>A benchmarked salary from £42,000 - £45,500 depending on experience and level within our progression framework.</p>
