<p>We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our Product team and help shape the future of how small businesses build structured, continuous people development cultures through software.</p>
<div>You’ll own outcomes within our Team Member Development domain, a key area of our product focused on helping founders and people managers support growth, feedback, progression and development across their teams. This is a high-leverage role for someone who wants to deeply understand a problem space, shape the direction of the work, and be accountable for whether it actually drives impact.</div>

<h3>&nbsp;<br>What is a Product Manager Level 3</h3>
<p>We have a career progression framework that includes Individual Contributor (IC) and People Manager (PM) tracks. IC1 is a junior Product Manager, IC4 is a senior Product Manager, and IC levels 2 and 3 cover that middle area.</p>
<h3>&nbsp;<br>As a Product Manager you’ll be responsible for:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Owning product outcomes within our Team Member Development domain, working closely with a Tech Lead, Engineers and Product Design</li>
<li>Defining and tracking success metrics that connect squad work to meaningful customer and commercial outcomes</li>
<li>Running discovery cycles using customer interviews, analytics, support insights, sales conversations, market research and qualitative feedback to identify opportunities and shape product direction</li>
<li>Maintaining a clear rolling view of your squad’s direction across now, next and later priorities</li>
<li>Working closely with Engineering and Design to make pragmatic, high-quality product decisions and trade-offs together</li>
<li>Partnering with Product Marketing to ensure launches and releases land well with customers and drive adoption</li>
<li>Keeping stakeholders across the business aligned on what your squad is working on, why it matters and how it’s performing</li>
<li>Contributing to the wider Product function by sharing learnings, collaborating cross-functionally and helping raise the bar collectively</li>
<li>Building a deep understanding of small businesses and the operational realities of founders and people managers navigating HR and employment challenges</li>
</ul>
<h3><br>Requirements you must have:&nbsp;</h3>
<ul>
<li>Experience working as a Product Manager within a technology or software environment</li>
<li>A track record of owning product outcomes and working directly with technology teams to improve them</li>
<li>Strong product judgement and confidence making thoughtful trade-offs under pressure</li>
<li>Experience running product discovery and using both qualitative and quantitative insights to inform decisions</li>
<li>A strong understanding of UX and service design principles with a passion for building intuitive user experiences</li>
<li>Experience collaborating closely with Engineering, Design and GTM teams</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to bring clarity and context to stakeholders at different levels of the business</li>
<li>Genuine curiosity about small businesses and the challenges they face around people management and HR</li>
<li>Self-awareness and humility – you know that honest feedback is how you grow, and you’re not afraid to ask for help</li>
</ul>

<li>Experience working within a brownfield product environment</li>
<li>Familiarity with small business HR processes or HR technology</li>
<li>Experience using frameworks such as Opportunity-Solution Trees or Metrics Trees</li>
<li>Familiarity with design thinking principles</li>
<li>Experience working closely with Product Marketing on launches and adoption</li>
