<h2>What is a "Senior Product Marketing Manager Level 4.0-4.1"?</h2>
<p>We have a career progression framework. IC1 is a junior product marketing manager, IC4 is a senior product marketing manager, and IC levels 2 and 3 cover that middle area.</p>
<div><strong>In this role you will:</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Deeply understand and continuously research our customers, product and market, building structured ways to collect insights that guide strategy.</li>
<li>Define and own Charlie’s overarching product story.</li>
<li>Sharpen our differentiation to improve commercial performance (e.g. acquisition, churn, upsell).</li>
<li>Drive cross-functional alignment by championing the narrative and ensuring teams understand and act on market and customer insights.</li>
<li>Ensure that every product release has a clear, compelling and cohesive story that resonates internally and externally.<br>Requirements.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>You must have: </strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Experience in a B2B SaaS environment.</li>
<li>Strong experience in product marketing with a track record of influencing acquisition, adoption, retention or upsell performance.</li>
<li>Exceptional communication and storytelling skills — you simplify complex product ideas into clear, compelling narratives.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience with insight-driven positioning, messaging and GTM planning.</li>
<li>Comfort working autonomously, and bringing clarity to ambiguity.</li>
<li>Strong strategic thinking — able to zoom out to the big picture and dive into details when needed.</li>
<li>Experience working cross-functionally and influencing other teams outside marketing.</li>
<li>A curious, insight-driven mindset, comfortable working with both qualitative and quantitative data.</li>
</ul>
<div><strong>Let us know if you have: (all of these are desirable, but none are required)&nbsp;<br></strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Experience working in HR tech or with small-business audiences.</li>
<li>A background in market research or competitive analysis.</li>
<li>Experience with multi-product or add-on ecosystems.</li>
<li>Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Notion, Gong, Amplitude or similar.</li>
</ul>

<li>A team of 37 that genuinely enjoy spending time together, with regular in-person and remote events to foster connection<br>9 day fortnights — our adjusted work week. We have every other Friday off work and have a meeting-free Wednesday on the five-day weeks to give time for deep work.</li>
<li>Hybrid-first approach; we optimise for office and remote working to be valued equally, and to be equally valuable<br>Live anywhere in the UK; we have 6 set days per year that we require the team to be together in our London office, but you have the flexibility to live anywhere in the UK.</li>
<li>90 bookable "nomad working" days outside of the UK in any timezone each year.</li>
<li>No fixed working hours; you take ownership over how you get your work done.</li>
<li>An amazing office space in East London's pet-friendly Second Home, and membership access to their wider locations.<br>“Exploration days” when you can work on whatever across the company.</li>
<li>We have performance review cycles 2x a year using our transparent career progression framework.</li>

<h2>Compensation Package</h2>
<p>A benchmarked salary from £76,000 to £82,500 based on your level within our progression framework.</p>
