We are looking for a highly organized, customer-focused First Line Customer Support Agent to be the first point of contact for all of our users around the globe.&nbsp;</div>
<div>In this role, you aren’t just answering tickets; you’re the conductor of our support process. You’ll be at the forefront of our evolution, leveraging automated tools and training our AI bot to ensure our users get the help they need.</div>

<h3><br>Your Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Be the Face of Support: Manage incoming requests via phone and our support portal &nbsp;with empathy and clarity.</li>
<li>The Tech Translator: Diagnose user problems, assess urgency, and provide immediate solutions for common queries.</li>
<li>Traffic Control: Categorize and route complex tickets to our specialized teams, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.</li>
<li>AI Pioneer: Implement and refine our AI bot performance over time—helping us work smarter, not harder.</li>
<li>Trend Spotter: Identify recurring user patterns to help us improve our product and overall efficiency.</li>
</ul>
