<h2>The Role</h2>
<p>This is a learning role with real impact from day one. You’ll join a small, design-led team and start where the work is most tangible: client onboarding and implementation. Working alongside Platform Consultants and our Customer Success team, you’ll learn how to translate a client’s brand into our CultureSuite platform, across web, email and digital signage, understanding the creative constraints and possibilities of building products for cultural organisations.</p>
<div>As you grow into the platform and our design standards, your work will expand into product design (our CMS, component library and tooling), growth marketing, and CultureSuite’s own brand and website. The goal is to develop you into a well-rounded mid-level designer who can work confidently across the full breadth of what our team delivers.<br><br></div>
<h2>Core Responsibilities</h2>
<h3>Client Onboarding &amp; Implementation</h3>

<li>Work within small project teams (alongside a Platform Consultant and Customer Success Manager) to onboard clients, translating their brand identity into the CultureSuite platform</li>
<li>Act as the voice of design within client-facing teams — supported by the Lead Designer and wider practice, you represent design quality and consistency in onboarding projects</li>
<li>Prepare style guides, visual assets and design concepts that Platform Consultants implement</li>
<li>Conduct design QA on client implementations before launch, reviewing against style guides and brand standards</li>

<div>A more in-depth session with your future team lead (~60 minutes total). You’ll present a walkthrough of your portfolio for the first 20 minutes or so — we’re as interested in your thinking and process as the final output. The rest is a conversation: your experience, how you work, what you’re looking for, and any questions you have for us.</div>
<div><br>Tip: don’t over-polish. We’d rather see honest process work and hear how you made decisions than a perfectly curated slideshow.</div>
<div><br>3. Short Design Exercise (Take-Home)</div>
<div>We’ll send you a small, self-contained design exercise to understand how you approach a brief. It’s designed to take no more than 2–3 hours — we respect your time and won’t ask for a week’s work. We’re looking at your design thinking, not a production-ready deliverable.</div>
