<div><br><span style="font-family: helvetica;">We’re looking for a fluent, Dutch &amp; English speaking product designer to join the design team here at CultureSuite. This role is a hybrid of UI and UX consultancy for the users &nbsp;of our products as well as supporting the design team on both our existing products and new initiatives as part of the Peppered platform.</span></div>

<div><span style="font-family: helvetica;">We’re currently a nimble team of 3 designers with big aspirations to grow into new markets and more scalable solutions, meaning you’ll be exposed to a large variety of work from our CMS made for the arts and culture sector. This includes our websites, mailing tool and digital signage, as well as internal tooling, client websites and more. We work with some of the biggest names in the Arts &amp; Culture sector, including everything from theatres and museums to comedy clubs, art galleries and arenas. Our client base spans across Europe, the UK and the US, with an aspiration to grow rapidly into the latter.</span></div>

<div><span style="font-family: helvetica;">We are primarily remote working across the Netherlands and the UK, with an office based in Rotterdam in the Netherlands if you prefer. You’ll be provided with a Macbook Pro and equipment to work from home. We expect you’ll occasionally visit our office from time to time to meet the team, so would preferably be based in the UK or the Netherlands, and you will likely visit clients on site from time to time, sometimes internationally.</span></div>

<h3><span style="font-family: helvetica;">Responsibilities</span></h3>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-family: helvetica;">Assisting in the research and development of our roadmap, from improving existing tooling such as for our CMS, web platform, mailing tool, and digital signage tool. As well as introducing new products and scaling these up to other markets.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: helvetica;">Assisting the team rolling out an entirely new design system across all of our products.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: helvetica;">Working with our users’ to improve their existing websites, providing best practice UI &amp; UX advuce.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: helvetica;">Assisting in user research, including audience mapping, user stories, analytics research, heuristic evaluations, and usability testing.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: helvetica;">Collaborate with the growth and community teams to keep our marketing efforts and strategy on brand.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: helvetica;">Joining discovery and research workshops for both our users externally and internally for our own products.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: helvetica;">Working on end-to-end design processes, from early research and supporting workshops through to design, testing and delivery.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: helvetica;">Collaborate with developers to champion the users needs and design principles are upheld, as well as finding practical solutions to complex issues.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: helvetica;">Prototyping and specifying how your designs should work to help validate them with stakeholders and developers.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: helvetica;">Travel on-site where necessary to visit our clients all over the world, typically averages once a quarter, but may grow.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: helvetica;">Liaising with external partners and designers who utilise our products to ensure correct usage of the platform.</span></li>

<h3><span style="font-family: helvetica;">Requirements</span></h3>

<li><span style="font-family: helvetica;">At least 2 years of experience in a UI/UX-related role.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: helvetica;">A solid understanding of design theory, and an eye for detail.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: helvetica;">An awareness and basic understanding of HTML/CSS for collaboration purposes.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: helvetica;">An understanding of the latest accessibility standards, WCAG guidance and how to apply it.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: helvetica;">Great communication skills, verbal and written.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: helvetica;">A team player, both within and outside of the design team itself.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: helvetica;">Great time management skills, working to deadlines and being able to prioritise workloads.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: helvetica;">Comfortable being client-facing and running workshops.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: helvetica;">Familiar with design tools such as Figma, Miro, and Adobe Suite.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: helvetica;">Familiar with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Optimal Workshop and Microsoft Clarity.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: helvetica;">B1/C1 Level in both Dutch and English.</span></li>
