<li><strong>Operational Oversight:</strong>

<li>Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and scalability.</li>
<li>Implement and optimise operational processes to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.</li>

<li><strong>Technical Support Functions:</strong>
<ul>
<li>Lead and coordinate technical support functions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.</li>
<li>Collaborate with technical support teams to address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li><strong>Sales Enablement:</strong>
<ul>
<li>Develop strategies to enable the sales team, providing them with the tools and resources needed to drive revenue growth.</li>
<li>Analyse market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.</li>
