<div>&nbsp;<br><strong>Role Overview</strong></div>
<div><br>The main goal of the Lead Generation Specialist at CyberSift&nbsp; is to ensure the flow of qualified leads to support strategic development. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and qualifying high-quality leads that convert into sales opportunities. This role requires a mix of <strong>creativity, analytical thinking, and execution skills</strong>—from designing outreach campaigns to ensuring a steady pipeline of prospects.</div>

<div>This is a <strong>hybrid </strong>position that combines remote flexibility with on-site collaboration in Malta. We are seeking candidates who are either already based<strong> in Malta</strong> or open to relocating. Please note that a <strong>valid EU work permit </strong>is required.</div>

<div><br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Research target markets and industries, and identify opportunities for expansion.</li>
<li>Map decision-makers of the business, gather and enrich accurate contact details (LinkedIn, email, phone).</li>
<li>Pre-qualify leads based on business potential, compliance and readiness for engagement</li>
<li>Provide Sales &amp; BD teams with lead lists and insights for targeted outreach</li>
<li>Generate sales leads through&nbsp;cold calling, digital outreach, inbound campaigns, ABM, and partner channels.</li>
<li>Build and maintain a pipeline of<strong> </strong>marketing qualified leads (MQLs) aligned with quarterly sales targets.</li>
<li>Develop and implement<strong> </strong>multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, email marketing, events, and partner networks in Malta, Cyprus, and Greece.</li>
<li>Analyse and report on campaign performance, using metrics such as cost per lead (CPL), conversion rates, and ROI.</li>
<li>Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align on messaging, create compelling regional content, and support webinars, events, and conferences.</li>
<li>Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and regulatory drivers (e.g., DORA) to craft relevant outreach.</li>
<li>Ensure CRM data quality and timely follow-up on inbound leads.<br>&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<div><strong>Success Metrics (What Good Looks Like)</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Consistently generate and deliver<strong> qualified leads (SQLs) </strong>to the Sales team.</li>
<li>Achieve agreed <strong>monthly/quarterly targets</strong> for new leads and booked meetings.</li>
<li>Maintain strong <strong>lead-to-opportunity</strong> <strong>conversion rates.</strong></li>
<li>Deliver positive feedback from Sales on the <strong>quality of leads </strong>passed on.</li>
<li>Keep CRM data accurate and outreach response rates above benchmarks.</li>

<div><strong>Skills &amp; Experience Required</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>2+ years of experience in lead generation, research or business development (IT, SaaS, or cybersecurity industry preferred)</li>
<li>Strong understanding of regulated cybersecurity markets.</li>
<li>Experience using CRM systems (Pipedrive, HubSpot) and lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.)</li>
<li>Knowledge of lead management processes (lead scoring, nurturing, pipeline acceleration)</li>
<li>Track record of running digital campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and email</li>
<li>Excellent research and analytical skills (market sizing, competitive analysis, data validation)</li>
<li>Excellent communication and copywriting skills in English (Greek language skills are an asset)</li>
<li>Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and with regional sales teams.</li>
<li>Experience working across multiple geographies<strong> </strong>(Malta, Cyprus, Greece) is a plus.<br>&nbsp;</li>
