<p>We're seeking a Growth Marketing Lead who will own and drive our growth strategy across all channels. This is a pivotal role for an ambitious marketing professional who thrives on accountability, strategic thinking, and delivering measurable results. You'll have full ownership of our web sales performance and direct management of our paid media investments across Meta and Google (c.£1m annual spend), with the autonomy to identify and pursue new growth opportunities across any channel that drives profitable results.</p>

<li>Full P&amp;L accountability for customer acquisition and growth across all channels</li>
<li>Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value</li>
<li>Own the end-to-end customer journey from awareness to conversion and beyond</li>
<li>Identify, test, and scale new growth opportunities beyond digital, whether that's partnerships, PR, events, retail, or emerging channels</li>

<li>Strategically manage and optimise our £1m+ annual paid media investment across Meta, Google, and emerging platforms</li>
<li>Partner with and manage our external paid media agency, setting clear KPIs and holding them accountable for performance</li>
<li>Drive continuous improvement in ROAS, CAC, and other critical performance metrics</li>

<li>Build and own the growth marketing roadmap that supports our ambitious expansion plans</li>
<li>Identify new growth opportunities across all channels and touchpoints, testing and scaling what works</li>

<li>Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, and leadership teams to ensure growth initiatives align with business objectives</li>

<div><strong>What You Bring</strong></div>
<div><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Essential Experience</span></div>
<ul>
<li>5+ years in senior growth marketing or digital marketing roles with demonstrable growth achievements across multiple channels</li>
<li>Proven track record managing significant paid media budgets (£500k+ annually)</li>
<li>Expert-level knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics</li>
<li>Experience in D2C e-commerce growth, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or luxury brands</li>
<li>Experience working for a founder-led business</li>
<li>Strong background in agency management and vendor relationships</li>
<li>Track record of identifying and successfully scaling new growth channels or strategies</li>
</ul>

<li>Deep understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, and measurement methodologies</li>
<li>Deep understanding of analytics tools and web performance metrics</li>

<li>Proficiency in data analysis tools and creating actionable insights from complex datasets</li>
<li>Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and statistical significance</li>

<li>Expert knowledge of e-commerce conversion metrics and how they impact customer acquisition costs and lifetime value</li>
<li>Deep understanding of conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and website performance metrics, including bounce rate, session duration, and path analysis</li>
<li>Experience optimising key e-commerce funnels: homepage → product page → cart → checkout conversion flows</li>
<li>Proficiency with web analytics platforms (GA4 or similar) and e-commerce tracking implementation</li>
<li>Understanding of technical SEO, site speed optimisation, and how web performance impacts conversion rates and paid media efficiency</li>
<li>Knowledge of user experience (UX) principles and how design changes impact conversion metricsExperience with heat mapping, user session recording, and conversion optimisation tools (e.g. Hotjar)</li>
</ul>
