<div><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Own day-to-day management and optimisation of paid search &amp; social campaigns, with Meta as the primary channel and scope to test and scale into new platforms</li>
<li>Drive profitable new customer acquisition across UK, US, and international markets - with a clear understanding of the unit economics that allow for scale.</li>
<li>Analyse performance data to surface creative insights, then brief internal and external creative partners with clear, actionable direction on what to make next</li>
<li>Own the accuracy of tracking infrastructure, product catalogue feeds, and attribution setup - working with dev resource to resolve issues and ensure data integrity</li>
<li>Manage budget pacing against targets, proactively flagging opportunities to scale spend or pull back where needed</li>
<li>Recommend new acquisition funnels, landing page optimisations, and audience strategies to improve platform performance</li>
<li>Be driven, self-directed and curious to stay ahead of Meta changes, best practices, and emerging opportunities</li>
<li>Support new category launches with tailored acquisition strategies</li>
<li>Report on performance and present findings to leadership with clarity and confidence</li>
<li>Manage key performance marketing KPIs, know when to use each of them, and have the discipline in reporting against them</li>

<div><strong>What You’ll Bring</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>3–5 years’ hands-on experience running paid social, either agency-side or in-house</li>
<li>Deep expertise in Meta Business Manager &amp; Google Ads Manager - you know your way around campaign structures, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and creative testing</li>
<li>A strong grasp of measurement and attribution: you understand first-party data, server-side tracking, and why platform-reported numbers don’t tell the whole story</li>
<li>Experience in DTC premium, fashion, or lifestyle brands</li>
<li>Comfortable with Shopify, GA4, and ideally Motion for creative analytics</li>
<li>Ability to translate data into actionable creative briefs - you don’t need to design, but you need to know what’s working and why</li>
<li>Genuine curiosity about new platforms and a hunger to experiment</li>
</ul>

You build your own reports, find your own insights, and don’t wait for perfect data to make a call.
