<div><strong>About The Role</strong><br>Desmond &amp; Dempsey is a posh pyjama brand whose modus operandi is rooted in the concept of Savouring the Sunday.&nbsp;</div>
<div><br>We are looking for a Digital Designer, with great taste to join our team. Reporting to the Brand Director and working closely with our marketing team. Your role is to ensure our communication assets look good. In fact, great.&nbsp;</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br>Broadly speaking, it will be your role to translate the brand’s campaign photography and videography into our day to day storytelling (ie content) that our customers and community see.</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div><strong>This involves:&nbsp;</strong></div>
<ul style="list-style-type: disc;">
<li><strong>Creatively Collaborating</strong>&nbsp;on concepts and interesting ideas that will cause pause in the scroll. To engage our communities across all channels.&nbsp;</li>
<li><strong>Designing</strong> our bi-annual editorial newspaper The Sunday Paper. &nbsp;</li>
<li><strong>Digital Advertising</strong>: design &amp; create compelling ad creatives (stills, motion graphics, short-form video) for use across Meta, TikTok, and other paid media channels. A bonus if you have experience behind the camera too.</li>
<li><strong>Website Mockups</strong>: Work with our E-com manager to design seasonal campaigns, launches, and editorial updates.</li>
<li><strong>Social Assets</strong>: Design and animate assets for our social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest)</li>
<li><strong>Email Design</strong>: Design engaging email campaigns &amp; templates using our brand guidelines.</li>
<li><strong>Video Editing</strong>: Edit short-form videos in Premiere Pro for paid, organic, and campaign storytelling content.</li>

<div><strong>Requirements</strong></div>
<ul style="list-style-type: disc;">
<li>Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign after Effects, Finalcut/ Premier).</li>
<li>Experience in video editing and post-production processes (colour correction, grading, exporting and compressing to various specs).</li>
<li>Demonstrated eye for detail, typography, and layout.</li>
<li>A strong understanding of luxury aesthetics and the Desmond &amp; Dempsey brand world.</li>
<li>Portfolio that reflects editorial sensibility.</li>
<li>Ideally, you’re familiar with the email platform Klaviyo.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
