<div>SUMMARY OF THE ROLE</div>

<div>As the key markets evolve and change we are looking for someone to assist in driving our growth across wholesale &amp; marketplace. We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Wholesale Operations Admin Assistant to manage the end-to-end coordination of wholesale shipments &amp; marketplace stock package. &nbsp;</div>

<div>IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL</div>
<div>Coordinate and book shipments to wholesale partners worldwide, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and on-time dispatch.<br>Maintain clear, timely communication with wholesale clients — sharing packing lists, tracking info, and estimated delivery dates.<br>Manage all shipping logistics from order confirmation to final delivery and coordinating with our 3PL.<br>Maintain the global free stock list to ensure the correct stock is available on market place and for wholesale re-orders &nbsp;<br>Support the wholesale manager in achieving wholesale strategies to drive revenue growth and in turn expand the brand's presence in the market.<br>Support with in season Trading with existing key businesses to drive sell through &nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Help maintain strong relationships with existing and potential wholesale accounts.<br>Support with each campaign market. Splitting booking in wholesale appointments for each sales campaign ensuring all key accounts and existing customers are booked in<br>Supporting with preparation of accounts prior to wholesale appointments</div>
<div>Product Lifecycle Management - maintain correct pricing and manage wholesale stock levels within zedonk&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;</div>
<div>YOUR PROFILE</div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Ideally 1-2+ years in apparel or accessories wholesale and/or a fashion degree</div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; In-depth knowledge of the fashion wholesale market, including an understanding of current trends, pricing structures, and distribution channels.</div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels.</div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Confident in excel and google sheets and product management systems.</div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate actionable insights, and make strategic decisions.</div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve targets and exceed expectations.</div>
