Role Summary: Junior Graphic Designer
The Junior Graphic Designer plays a key role in supporting the design team by assisting in the creation of visually appealing design solutions across digital and print platforms. This position is ideal for a creative individual eager to develop their skills and grow in the design field. The Junior Designer will work closely with senior designers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to bring design concepts to life, while learning to refine their craft and contribute to various design projects.

·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Help design and deliver creative solutions that meet marketing briefs and objectives.
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Create engaging graphics for web, social media, print materials, advertisements, packaging, and more.
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Edit and enhance product and campaign photography to maintain high visual standards.
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Work alongside both midweight and senior designers, learning from feedback and offering support to the team.
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Contribute to the development of brand and product decks for internal and external stakeholders.
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Assist the product design team with artwork creation and packaging design.
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Manage tasks within multiple projects, ensuring quality and deadlines are met.

Needs to Be / Needs to Have
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Some experience (e.g., internships or 1+ years) in graphic design or a related field.
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Exposure to either agency or in-house design environments.
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Proficiency in design software, especially Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; A basic understanding of design principles and a strong eye for detail.
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Enthusiasm for design and a keen interest in current design trends.
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
