<li>Manage the full-cycle sales process for inbound leads, moving from initial discovery to contract execution.</li>
<li>Conduct high-impact product demos tailored to the specific needs of HR Directors, CFOs, and C-Suite executives.</li>
<li>Utilise the MEDDICC framework to qualify opportunities, identify champions, and navigate complex procurement processes.</li>
<li>Partner with our Customer Success team to ensure a seamless handover, uninterrupted onboarding and a strong user activation.</li>
<li>Provide feedback to the Product and Marketing teams to refine our roadmap based on real-world objections.</li>
<li>Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets, contributing to the company’s continued success.</li>
</ul>
<div><strong>About you:</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>A minimum of 3 years of proven closing experience in a B2B environment.</li>
<li>Ability to articulate complex financial and tax-based solutions (salary sacrifice) in a simple, compelling way.</li>
<li>Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.</li>
<li>Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (MEDDICC, Challenger, or SPIN) is highly desirable.</li>
<li>A self-starter who takes ownership of their pipeline and is motivated by both commission and mission-driven work.</li>
</ul>
