What you'll be doing:
<ul>
<li>Grow our market presence and our brand across Germany, online and offline</li>
<li>Develop comprehensive partnerships with automotive OEMs, leasing banks, and car dealerships</li>
<li>Refine and strengthen processes for our operations in Germany</li>
<li>Lead a team of specialists based in Munich and take accountability for outcomes across sales, customer service, internal operations and returns</li>
<li>Facilitate capability, capacity and quality across the team through recruitment, training, capacity planning and quality assurance</li>
<li>Capture, analyse and utilise data to improve the efficiency and service provision of operations</li>
<li>Report on operational performance; create and drive a plan of improvement</li>
</ul>

What you bring to the role:
<ul>
<li>10+ years of experience in leading teams and growing businesses, at least half of which in automotive roles with a focus on business/corporate accounts</li>
<li>Track record of taking responsibility for managing commercial targets and outcomes</li>
<li>Strong existing network across commercial leaders in the German automotive industry, with a focus on large-scale car dealerships and leasing banks</li>
<li>Experience with the creation of operations processes in a fast scaling organisation and are comfortable with ambiguity</li>
<li>Strong people leader, driving performance through supporting team members, helping to onboard new starters, motivating &amp; energising and</li>
<li>setting high expectations of yourself and others.</li>
<li>A collaborative, positive and enthusiastic attitude towards team building and problem solving</li>
