This role will be a generalist role where you will spend 3 days per week on product &amp; tech and 2 days on marketing. <div><br><strong>Product &amp; Tech Key Responsibilities:</strong></div>

<li>Plan and run customer interviews and usability tests to uncover user pain points and validate design solutions.</li>
<li>Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for our core product.</li>
<li>Take ownership of our Figma library, building a robust UI kit of reusable components to ensure&nbsp;product consistency and speed up development.</li>
<li>Work side-by-side with product managers and engineers to iterate on designs and ship high-quality features.</li>

<div><strong>Marketing Key Responsibilities:</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Design and produce a wide range of assets, including print materials (flyers, posters), PowerPoint decks, and digital/physical event design.</li>
<li>Create, test, and maintain responsive email templates and campaign-specific designs.</li>
<li>Design and optimise our marketing website and landing pages, focusing on improving user journeys, conversion rates, and visual engagement.</li>
</ul>
<div><strong>About you:</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>An adaptable designer who is comfortable across the full design spectrum. Your portfolio should demonstrate a strong background in both product design (UX/UI, research) and marketing design (branding, print, campaign assets).</li>
<li>You have a passion for talking to users and have hands-on experience with user interviews and usability testing.</li>
<li>You are an expert in Figma and have experience building and maintaining component-based design systems.</li>
<li>You have strong experience designing websites and landing pages, with a solid understanding of conversion-driven design and web user journeys.</li>
<li>You can clearly articulate your design decisions to engineers, marketers, and leadership.</li>
<li>As our first designer, you are highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing your time across two teams and multiple priorities.</li>
