<li>Partner with senior stakeholders to identify high-level business problems, formulate hypotheses, and conduct deep-dive analyses to drive strategy.</li>
<li>Take full ownership of analytical projects from requirements gathering to final presentation, ensuring alignment with business goals.</li>
<li>Build and maintain reliable data models using dbt and SQL to ensure reporting is accurate, consistent, and easy to update.</li>
<li>Design, build, and maintain high-impact Tableau dashboards that serve as the single source of truth across the business.</li>
<li>Act as a strategic partner to cross-functional teams; effectively manage expectations, prioritise work based on business value, and translate technical findings into commercial language.</li>
<li>Champion data accuracy and consistency; implement best practices for data validation and documentation.</li>

<li>&nbsp;4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Analytics Engineer.</li>
<li>Advanced proficiency in SQL (Window functions, CTEs, query optimization) for complex data extraction and manipulation.</li>
<li>Proficient in dbt; experienced in building, testing, and documenting data models using dbt.</li>
<li>Experience with Version Control (Git) for managing model changes and collaboration.</li>
<li>Advanced proficiency in Tableau; able to design complex, performant, and intuitive dashboards (LOD expressions, advanced actions).</li>
<li>High tolerance for ambiguity; you can take a vague business question and independently drive it to a structured solution.</li>
<li>Exceptional communication skills; confident in challenging stakeholders, influencing decision-making, and presenting to senior leadership.</li>
