Join client meetings alongside strategists to ensure alignment and follow-up on action items.

Maintain detailed project documentation, including meeting notes, timelines, and task lists.

Serve as the go-to person for campaign execution, ensuring that creative and marketing strategies are translated into live campaigns.

Coordinate between creative teams, strategists, and external stakeholders to manage feedback and approvals.

Manage up to 10 projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time and within-scope delivery.

3+ years of experience in project management, marketing coordination, or account management.

Proven experience working closely with creative teams, marketers, and strategists.
</li>

Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Familiarity with project management tools (Asana).&nbsp;
