<div><br>If your edits make people stop scrolling, and you don’t need three rounds of feedback to land a final cut, this is for you. If you’ve ever pulled a 3-second hook out of a 90-minute podcast that everyone else missed, even better.</div>
<div>You’ll lead the edit across social-first video for up to five Web3 clients (think Coinbase, Solana, Optimism). You own the process end-to-end: from rough cut through to final delivery.</div>
<div>You’ll work alongside a motion designer (so you’re not expected to do everything) and a freelance videographer for shoots.</div>

<div><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></div>
<div>
<ul>
<li>Edit high-performing short-form content for X, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube,&nbsp;(AMAs, podcasts, founder clips, conferences, campaigns, memes, trends)</li>
<li>Own the craft: pacing, storytelling, sound design, music, colour, captions</li>
<li>Balance speed and quality in all edits.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Bring a strong editorial POV, not just execute briefs, but elevate them and tell a strong narrative through the edit.</li>
<li>Use AI tools where they genuinely speed things up (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Artlist, etc.)</li>
<li>Collaborate with motion: brief clearly and hand off when motion is the better solution</li>
<li>Stay proactive: communicate early, flag blockers, and keep projects moving</li>
</ul>

<div><br><strong>You’ll Be a Good Fit If</strong></div>
<div>
<ul>
<li>You have 5+ years editing experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role</li>
<li>Your reel shows strong social-first instincts and clear creative judgment</li>
<li>You’re highly proficient in Premiere Pro, with working knowledge of After Effects</li>
<li>Experience working in a fast paced environment</li>
</ul>

<li>Understand Web3 basics (L1s, exchanges, culture), or</li>
<li>Come from fintech / tech / brand and can ramp quickly</li>
<li>You’re reliable and communicative — you hit deadlines and don’t go quiet</li>

<li>Remote-first. We hire for talent, not location.</li>
<li>We’re especially interested in time zones that help create a near 24-hour edit cycle (e.g. Cape Town, Central/Eastern Europe, US East Coast).</li>
