<div><strong>Working closely with our co-founders and wider team, you will:</strong></div>

<li>Develop and deliver strategic communications and media engagement programmes that support clients' commercial objectives, growth plans and key inflection points — from funding rounds and clinical milestones to product launches and regulatory moments.</li>
<li>Advise founders and leadership teams on reputation, media positioning, stakeholder engagement and messaging — helping translate scientific credibility into compelling public narratives.</li>
<li>Lead media strategy and execution across accounts, identifying story opportunities, shaping narratives, pitching proactively and managing press relationships across health, science, technology and business media.</li>
<li>Act as a trusted day-to-day contact for journalists — from national health correspondents and trade press to specialist science and medtech outlets — building credibility and long-term relationships on behalf of clients.</li>
<li>Translate complex clinical, scientific or technical content into clear, newsworthy stories that resonate with different audiences: patients, clinicians, investors, policymakers and the wider public.</li>
<li>Manage relationships with key external stakeholders, including investors, NHS and healthcare system partners, regulators and patient advocacy groups where relevant.</li>
<li>Lead day-to-day client delivery across multiple workstreams, bringing clarity, momentum and rigorous attention to detail.</li>
<li>Proactively spot opportunities to add value — shaping ideas and recommendations rather than waiting for a brief.</li>
<li>Contribute to the growth of the agency, supporting business development and helping evolve our services as we deepen our presence in the health and life sciences space.</li>

<ul>
<li>Experience in strategic or corporate communications, with a clear track record in media relations within health tech, life sciences, deep tech or adjacent sectors.</li>
<li>A genuine understanding of the health and life sciences landscape — including how companies move from research and development through to clinical validation, commercialisation and scale.</li>
<li>Sound commercial judgement, with the ability to align communications activity to wider business objectives in a sector where trust, timing and accuracy are paramount.</li>
<li>A proven record of delivery across media moments including funding announcements, clinical trial results, product launches, partnership news or issues and crisis work.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to shape sharp, audience-appropriate messages, press materials and narratives — including for non-specialist audiences.</li>
<li>Strong connections within the health tech, medtech, biotech or life sciences ecosystem, and a solid understanding of how comms and media can support growth, investor confidence and regulatory credibility.</li>
<li>Comfort operating in environments where science matters — you don't need a PhD, but you do need intellectual curiosity and rigour to get it right.</li>
<li>Be highly organised and detail-oriented, able to manage competing priorities without losing quality.</li>
<li>Show a proactive, self-starting mindset and enjoy taking responsibility.</li>
