<li>Ability to create and collaborate on high quality, optimized VFX assets across a range of projects with different technical requirements.</li>
<li>A solution focussed mindset, problem solving technical and artistic challenges relating to VFX production and integration.</li>
<li>Actively keep up to date with emerging tools and workflows in real-time VFX.</li>
<li>Clear and professional communication skills paired with the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.</li>
<li>A willingness to learn new tools/ processes and an open-minded approach to development and VFX creation workflows.</li>
<li>Showcase an impressive portfolio demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of real-time VFX production.</li>
<li>Have a solid understanding of art fundamentals, including colour theory, timing, and composition.</li>
<li>Proficient using Blender, Photoshop, Substance Designer, Houdini and EmberGen/ Illugen to create VFX work.</li>
<li>Strong working knowledge and experience using Unreal Engine (including in-depth knowledge of Niagara, Blueprints &amp; Optimisation).</li>
<li>Strong working knowledge and experience using Unity (including in-depth knowledge of Shuriken and VFX Graph workflows).</li>
<li>Proficient in workflows used to create both realistic and stylized VFX.</li>
<li>Previous experience using proprietary tech/ engines is a plus but not essential.</li>
