Why this role matters

As an Analytical Manager, you’ll work across a portfolio of client accounts, leading our analytical, insight and experimentation activity. You’ll dig deep into customer behaviour, identify where experiences are failing, and help inform and validate better ones, all grounded in data and the scientific method.

You’ll be the analytical voice in small cross-functional squads, working alongside our Delivery, Build and Client Success teams. You'll own the analytical questions, the approach and the recommendations, so your squad can make confident decisions and our work delivers clear commercial value.

This role is ideal for someone with solid analytics experience who loves problem-solving, asking “why?”, and turning complex data into clear, concise recommendations that people act on.

📌 What you’ll be doing

Delivering commercial impact
You’ll own the analytical contribution to your accounts.
Data & analytics
You’ll ensure our analytical work is accurate, robust and clearly communicated. This includes working across platforms like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics, extracting and processing data, and using visualisation tools to bring insights to life.

Customer insight
By blending quantitative and qualitative data, you’ll uncover the root causes of customer frustration and failure online, shaping experimentation programmes that improve experience and performance.

Experimentation & testing
You’ll apply the scientific method to A/B testing and CRO. That runs from building data-led hypotheses and designing robust tests through to analysing results and recommending clear next steps. Every test teaches us something, so you’ll capture learnings from wins and misses alike

Communicating insight

You’ll present findings and recommendations to clients in meetings and workshops. You’ll give clear, confident answers and adapt your story to the audience, whether that’s your squad or a senior client stakeholder.

Collaboration & mentoring
You’ll be the go-to analytical contact for your squads. You’ll also review and challenge the work of junior colleagues, helping them build confidence and good analytical habits.

Staying curious
You’ll keep up with digital, analytics and experimentation trends. You’ll share what you learn, including what our experiments teach us, so the whole team keeps raising the bar.

At Good Growth, how we work is just as important as what we deliver. Our Three Es - Energetic, Empathetic and Effective - underpin the way we approach our work, collaborate with colleagues and deliver great outcomes for our clients. Here's what that looks like in this role:

Energetic
You're curious about our clients' businesses and what's driving their performance. You actively question what you see in the data, challenge assumptions and look for opportunities to improve outcomes. You enjoy problem-solving and exploring new hypotheses, sharing your thinking with your squad and helping others see opportunities they might have missed. You're aware of our shared goals and bring energy to moving work forward, both within Decide and across the squad.

Empathetic
You recognise that behind every dataset or question is a person who needs to make a decision. You take the time to understand our clients' objectives, pressures and constraints, adapting how you communicate to make your analysis clear and useful. You demonstrate respect for colleagues when challenging assumptions or discussing findings, listen openly and collaborate across the squad to reach the best possible outcome. You recognise that great analysis only creates value when people understand it and can act on it.

Effectiveness
You focus on answering the right questions, not just producing more analysis. You take ownership of your work, balancing analytical rigour with the need to reach decisions quickly. You turn findings into clear, commercially relevant recommendations. You manage your workload to deliver high-quality outputs on time, proactively sharing progress or escalating issues when needed. You're always looking for faster and better ways to work, ensuring your analysis helps squads and clients make informed decisions to improve business outcomes.
