About Us

Location: Birmingham
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 per annum
Working hours: 4 days a week in the office, 1 day from home
Why apply: You'll be the person who makes hiring, onboarding and office life just work - a brilliant, varied training ground for a career in People.

Our Mission & Vision
At Good Growth, we help businesses innovate online without getting bogged down by legacy tech and slow-moving process. We believe growth shouldn't mean grinding - for our clients, or for our own team. The People Coordinator plays a big part in that: keeping recruitment, onboarding and office life running smoothly so the rest of us can focus on doing our best work.

Where We Are Now & Our Future Goals
We've grown quickly, and we're not slowing down. As Good Growth scales, our People team is scaling with it - building sharper recruitment processes, better onboarding, and a properly benchmarked reward structure. We need brilliant, organised people to help us build the foundations as we grow. 🚀

Working Hours & Location
This role is based at our Good Growth office in Birmingham, 4 days a week, with 1 day working from home once you're settled in. Given the nature of the role, you'll often be the first face candidates and colleagues see. We need someone genuinely happy to be in the office most of the week, especially in the first few months while you're getting to know the team and how we work.

Why This Role Matters
Recruitment, office management and HR admin are the engine room of a scaling business - when they work well, nobody notices; but when they don't, everything slows down. This role exists to make sure they work well. You'll be the person keeping interviews on track, the office running like clockwork, and new starters set up for a great first week. It's a brilliant, varied role for someone who likes to own things end to end and takes real pride in the details other people miss.

You'll love this role if you enjoy...

Juggling a few different things at once and keeping every plate spinning

Making a process better instead of just following it

Getting stuck into the practical, hands-on side of People work

This role may not be right for you if...

You're looking for a purely admin role with no room to shape how things are done

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)

Job Ads & Sourcing - Posting and managing live job ads across job boards and our careers page, and supporting sourcing and screening on high-volume roles.

Offers & Contracts - Drafting offer letters and contracts, and supporting hiring managers through the offer stage.

Office Management - Running the day-to-day office: supplies, deliveries, and liaising with the building, facilities and vendors.
