<h2>What’s the role?</h2>
We’re looking for an experienced Product Designer, to join our growing product team alongside our VP, Product and 6 Full-stack Engineers, all led by the CTO. You’ll be helping shape the roadmap, determining pain points and motivations of users, designing and iterating UI &amp; UX, and working closely with our VP, Product and engineers to turn product vision into reality.
You’ll be working at the heart of Howbout’s product, on projects critical to the company’s success.
This is a hybrid role working four days in our office (currently based in Shoreditch, London) and one day working remotely. 
<h2>What the job involves</h2>

• Owning end-to-end design for core product features, from ideation to implementation
• Collaborating closely with our VP Product, founders, engineers, and marketers to bring ideas to life while balancing user needs and business goals
• Leveraging various feedback channels (including UserBrain, Slack, and an Instagram Broadcast Channel) to converge and iterate-on designs
• Helping us understand our 4 million users by conducting exploratory user research and feeding it into personas and journey maps

<h2>Who you are</h2>
Requirements
•&nbsp;You have 2-5 years of product design experience, including in mobile app design
•&nbsp;You have a portfolio or body of work showcasing your UI and UX skills
•&nbsp;You thrive in a fast-paced environment, finding the sweet spot between speed and perfection
•&nbsp;You're a self-starter who enjoys learning by doing
•&nbsp;You love a lively, high-energy workplace with a close-knit team
