<div><span style="font-family: poppins;">We’re looking for a TikTok-obsessed marketer with a strategic mindset and a passion for making fun, out-of-the-box, creative content to join our team and become the driving force behind Howbout's TikTok strategy. If you have 1-3 years of content marketing experience and are ready to fully own our presence on TikTok, translating trends into impactful campaigns, and contributing directly to our strategic objectives, this is the role for you!</span></div>

<h3><span style="font-family: poppins;">What will you be doing?</span></h3>
<div><strong><span style="font-family: poppins;">TikTok &amp; Content Strategy:</span></strong></div>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-family: poppins;"><strong>Obsessing over TikTok: </strong>You'll stay on top of the TikTok algorithm, current trends, popular sounds, and platform updates. Your insight will help us understand why content goes viral and how we can use that for our brand, especially when it comes to TikTok Search.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: poppins;"><strong>Owning the strategy: </strong>You'll develop and manage our TikTok content strategy (taking responsibility for our presence on the platform) and translate what's happening on social media into smart, engaging content ideas that support our marketing goals.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: poppins;"><strong>Content creation:</strong> You're comfortable, confident, and ready to execute against your proposals, bringing all your creative ideas to life.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: poppins;"><strong>Optimising with data:</strong> You'll use TikTok data &amp; analytics to get the most reach and engagement from our content, providing weekly reports and actionable proposals on next steps.</span></li>

<div><span style="font-family: poppins;">We’re looking for a talented, confident, go-getter who lives and breathes TikTok. Someone who embraces a test-and-learn culture, is excited about taking ownership of our content strategy, and is always seeking new ways to connect with audiences.</span></div>

<div><span style="font-family: poppins;">1-3 years of experience working in a content creation, social media or otherwise relevant role, as well as:</span></div>

<li><span style="font-family: poppins;"><strong>Chronically online:</strong> We're obsessed with TikTok, but we want you to be ~OBSESSED~. You're not just a casual user; you're deep in the algorithm, understand viral mechanics, and can effortlessly translate ideas into brand-aligned content.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: poppins;"><strong>Proven content creation skills: </strong>You have experience creating engaging content (even if it is just your personal channels).</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: poppins;"><strong>Strategic thinker: </strong>You're able to connect your day-to-day content creation with larger strategic objectives and understand how your work contributes to business goals.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: poppins;"><strong>Analytical mindset</strong>: You're comfortable with social media analytics and can translate data into actionable insights.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: poppins;"><strong>Organised self-starter: </strong>You thrive in an environment where you can take initiative, manage your time effectively, and prioritise tasks independently.</span></li>
