<li>Own launch and ongoing Always On marketing campaigns for new and existing shows.</li>
<li>Analyse performance data (downloads, social, retention) to optimise campaigns and inform decision-making.</li>
<li>Identify and test new growth and revenue channels</li>
<li>Work closely with content/ production teams to align marketing with editorial direction.</li>

<li>Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive performance.</li>
<li>Experience with marketing and analytics tools (e.g. Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Spotify for Podcasters, Google Analytics).</li>
<li>Experience working with talent and external partners.</li>
<li>Highly organised with strong project and campaign management skills.</li>
