<div><br>This is a role for a leader who is as comfortable shaping the creative direction of a new show as they&nbsp;are overseeing a complex multi-project production schedule. You will own end-to-end video&nbsp;production across JamPot’s slate – from in-studio shoots to short-form social edits – and be&nbsp;responsible for the creative standards and workflows that underpin everything we make. You will&nbsp;also be a hands-on contributor, delivering long-form and short-form edits yourself as part of the&nbsp;team.</div>
