<div>The role of the Technical Analyst is to provide the first team technical staff and players with high‑quality performance insights across all aspects of our game model.<br><br>The role works collaboratively with both the analysis and coaching teams to ensure all analytical needs of the Club are met and fully integrated into weekly preparation and our long‑term performance objectives.</div>

<div><strong>Main Duties/ Responsibilities</strong><br><strong>1. Technical Analysis Workflow</strong></div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Comprehensive video analysis across all areas of our First Team performance, through video and performance analytics.&nbsp;</div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Support the process of translating performance insights into team training objectives.</div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Lead and support the analysis process by generating insights that align with the Club’s football philosophy and support individual player development.</div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Collate and document training session aligned to the Club’s methodology.&nbsp;</div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Interpret and translate statistical analysis into clear, purposeful action points that inform our decision-making process.&nbsp;</div>
