<div>The HR and Legal Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative support to both the HR and Legal functions, ensuring accurate record keeping, process compliance, and efficient handling of documentation. The role plays a key part in maintaining confidentiality and supporting internal governance and employee lifecycle activities in a professional, timely, and legally compliant manner.</div>

<div><strong>Main Duties/ Responsibilities</strong><br><strong>1. HR Support</strong></div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Provide administrative support across the employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, training, contract changes, and exits</div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with Club procedures and safeguarding policies.</div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Prepare offer letters, employment contracts and other employment documentation.</div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Coordinate HR-related meetings including probation reviews, appraisals, and disciplinary processes, ensuring accurate documentation and tracking of actions.</div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Support induction processes and wellbeing initiatives for staff and players.</div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Assist with maintaining up-to-date HR policies, procedures, and internal communications.</div>

<div><strong>2. Legal and Compliance Support</strong></div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Assist with drafting and formatting basic legal agreements, including NDAs, supply&nbsp;</div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;and/or consultancy documents using templates.</div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Maintain organised legal document storage and provide support with contract lifecycle management.</div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Support coordination of policy reviews and version control (e.g. safeguarding, equality, disciplinary codes).</div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Liaise with external legal advisors and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient contract processing and follow-ups.</div>
