<div>As a communications consultant, you’ll be responsible for day-to-day running of activity across a set of clients to deliver PR, Social Media, Content and digital activity.</div>

<div>This responsibility will include delivery of tactical communications activity personally or through effective management of your account team. You will be the main point of contact for clients to provide feedback and issue reports so all team members within Leopard Co and client-side are aware of the progress of activity.</div>

<div>Your role is to maintain high levels of client service and responsiveness, anticipating problems and flagging concerns in relation to delivery, as well as spotting opportunities, whilst understanding the commercial context of the agreed client work.</div>

<div>As an experienced client handler you should be comfortable finding solutions and overcoming challenges from clients, but should take actions in consultation with a more senior Director.</div>

<div>Outside of client service delivery, you will also support the delivery of Leopard marketing and operational activity in line with the business plan.</div>

<div>Maintaining our vibrant workplace culture, as well as fostering an environment to support learning and development, means we come together as a team to operate from our Birmingham city centre workspace on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, with the option of remote working outside of our core days.&nbsp;</div>

<div>With a pet-friendly office, you’ll need to like dogs or our office dog Lottie will be upset, as will some of our lovely pet-sector clients!&nbsp;</div>
<div>We’re famous for our quarterly team social events, where we get together to have fun and let our hair down. Previous social events have seen us cruising the Birmingham canals, whipping up creative bakes, trying our hand at darts, and turning our office into our very own wellbeing centre.&nbsp;</div>

<div>We also offer a great package, with extras such as benefits package equivalent to an extra 5% of core salary, 24 days holiday together with up to five additional days available for family care. The salary will be equivalent to the level of experience you have and will range from £32,000-£38,000.</div>
