<div><strong>The role</strong></div>
<div>As our Digital Services Manager you will be the agency’s lead digital specialist, driving tactical delivery across SEO, PPC, CRO, CRM, website optimisation, lead generation, email marketing and more. You’ll provide expert consultancy, oversee multi-channel digital activity, and ensure exceptional delivery for clients across a mix of retainers, projects and new business opportunities.</div>

<div>You’ll also play a pivotal role in strengthening Leopard Co’s own digital presence and driving our marketing and new business efforts.&nbsp;</div>
<div>This is a hands-on, high-impact role that combines strategy, delivery leadership, team development and commercial growth.</div>

<div>We’d love to hear from you if you bring:</div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Proven experience in a digital marketing leadership or senior specialist role</div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Hands-on expertise across SEO, PPC, CRM, CRO, email marketing, website optimisation and lead generation</div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Strong knowledge of Meta and Google platforms, Hubspot social platforms, programmatic and display ads, GA4 and Google Tag Manager</div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Understanding of cookie consent, data privacy and GDPR compliance</div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Exceptional time-management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities</div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; A proactive mindset, passion for innovation and enthusiasm for shaping digital excellence</div>

<div><strong>Our culture</strong></div>
<div>Maintaining our vibrant workplace culture, as well as fostering an environment to support learning and development, means we come together as a team to operate from our Birmingham city centre workspace on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, with the option of remote working outside of our core days.&nbsp;</div>

<div>With a pet-friendly office, you’ll need to like dogs or our office dogs (Lily and Lottie) will be upset, as will some of our lovely pet-sector clients!&nbsp;</div>

Previous social events have seen us cruising the Birmingham canals, whipping up creative bakes, trying our hand at darts, and turning our office into our very own wellbeing centre.&nbsp;</div>

<div>We also offer a great package, with extras such as benefits package equivalent to an extra 5% of core salary, 24 days holiday together with up to five additional days available for family care. The salary will be equivalent to the level of experience you have and will range from £35,000-£45,000.</div>
