<div>In this pivotal role, you’ll collaborate closely with our client handling team to deliver content that powers marketing, PR, social media, and internal communications, as well as dedicated creative campaigns for use in press ads, brochures, events, websites, and other marketing collateral.</div>

<div><strong>We’re looking for a creative that can:</strong></div>
<div>-Accurately understand creative briefs and ensure the design output reflects the client's brand and the brief's objectives<br>-Work with Account Directors to develop creative concepts<br>-Work effectively and collaboratively to meet deadlines while maintaining quality&nbsp;<br>-Collaborate with the Leopard team to assist in the development of their projects<br>-Ensure design projects meet milestones and budget<br>-Accurately record time spent on projects<br>-Help with estimating and quoting<br>-Collaborate with the management team to grow Leopard’s studio offering, expanding our capabilities, team, and client base.<br>-Be a brand guardian for Leopard Co and assist with making sure internal marketing is on point<br>-Stay up to date with industry trends and tools to keep designs current and innovative<br>&nbsp;</div>
<div><strong>You should also have:</strong></div>
<div>-In depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.)<br>-A keen eye for design and strong attention to detail<br>-A desire to work in a busy agency office<br>-A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative work across print, digital, event, and social media.<br>-Proven ability to deliver end-to-end creative solutions, with a solid understanding of the technical processes behind production.<br>-Excellent organisational and project management skills — you thrive when juggling multiple deadlines.<br>&nbsp;</div>
<div><strong>Our Culture</strong></div>
<div>Maintaining our vibrant workplace culture, as well as fostering an environment to support learning and development, means we come together as a team to operate from our Birmingham city centre workspace on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, with the option of remote working outside of our core days.&nbsp;</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div>With a pet-friendly office, you’ll need to like dogs or our office dog (Lottie) will be upset, as will some of our lovely pet-sector clients!&nbsp;</div>
<div>We’re famous for our quarterly team social events, where we get together to have fun and let our hair down. Previous social events have seen us cruising the Birmingham canals, whipping up creative bakes, trying our hand at darts, and turning our office into our very own wellbeing centre.&nbsp;</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div>We also offer a great package, with extras such as 3% match pension, 24 days holiday together with up to five additional days offered for family care. The salary will be equivalent to the level of experience you have and will range from £30,000-£35,000.</div>
