<h2>Role Overview</h2>
<div>We’re looking for a Senior Sales Manager to help drive brand acquisition and partnership growth. This is a strategic sales role for someone who can balance relationship-building with operational excellence, bringing a consultative approach to helping brands succeed in the CLO space. You’ll play a critical part in expanding our network of brands, shaping the way brands engage with CLO, and ensuring loyalBe remains at the forefront of this fast-evolving sector.</div>
<h2><br>Key Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
<li>Drive new business with brands, agencies, and key decision-makers in retail, travel, consumer electronics and other high value brand verticals.</li>
<li>Manage the full sales lifecycle — from pipeline development, prospecting and management, to closing deals and assisting with onboarding.</li>
<li>Build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders across global and regional teams.</li>
<li>Understand customer objectives and translate them into successful CLO campaign strategies.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal product, marketing, and partnerships teams to enhance campaign performance and customer satisfaction.</li>
<li>Continuously improve sales processes and playbooks, using a CRM and project management tools (HubSpot, Asana) to optimise efficiency.</li>
<li>Contribute to our overall commercial strategy and help shape loyalBe’s position within the CLO ecosystem.</li>

<h2>About You / Requirements</h2>
<ul>
<li>Experience: 3+ years in B2B sales, performance marketing or similar client facing position.</li>
<li>Highly Organised: You can effortlessly manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and workstreams in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Strong Interpersonal Skills: you are empathetic, collaborative, and driven by both team and individual success.</li>
<li>Clear Communicator: You can synthesise and communicate dense information clearly and concisely to non-technical audiences. You are comfortable pitching to senior leadership teams.</li>
<li>Ability to execute: You are comfortable cold-emailing, building connections at events, and turning a skeptic into a champion. You aren’t just handed leads, you create them.</li>
<li>Performance marketing fluent: You understand the language of digital marketing and can explain the pros and cons of different channels.</li>
