<h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2>
<div>Offer Lifecycle Management: Own the end-to-end operational process of setting up offers, including gathering assets from the Brand Success team, validating offer constructs against partner rules, submitting offers via partner portals, and conducting quality assurance checks.<br>Program Expertise: Become the subject matter expert on the technical capabilities, constraints, and submission processes for every partner program. Maintain and update a central knowledge base for internal teams.</div>
<div>Partner Support: Act as the primary operational point of contact for partners, handling queries related to offer submissions, technical requirements, and issue resolution. Join partner calls to document action items and ensure operational alignment.<br>Process Optimisation: Proactively identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the offer setup workflow. Propose and implement process improvements to increase speed and reduce errors.<br>Documentation &amp; Reporting: Meticulously document all partner program requirements. Track and report on key operational metrics such as submission volumes, error rates, and time-to-launch.<br>Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve operational issues, such as offer rejections or tracking discrepancies, by liaising with internal teams and partner contacts.</div>

<li>Experience: 3+ years in an operational role such as Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, Project Coordination, or a Client Services position.</li>
<li>Exceptional Attention to Detail: You are meticulous and precise. You thrive on getting the details right and have a low tolerance for errors.</li>
<li>Process-Driven: You have a natural ability to understand, document, and improve complex workflows. You think in terms of systems and scalability.</li>
<li>Clear Communicator: You can synthesise and communicate complex technical information clearly and concisely to non-technical audiences.</li>
<li>Problem Solver: You are resourceful and adept at troubleshooting operational challenges, finding the root cause of an issue and implementing a solution.</li>
<li>Highly Organised: You can effortlessly manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and workstreams in a fast-paced environment.</li>
