<div>&nbsp;<br><strong>What you will be doing</strong></div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div>Supporting Flight Leads (CTO &amp; Heads of Teams) in the delivery of flight hardware:</div>
<ul>
<li style="list-style-type: none;">
<ul>
<li>Managing requirements databases and the risk register</li>
<li>Taking ownership of flight hardware CAD</li>
<li>Reviewing NCRs, OCRs, and change requests</li>
<li>Sharing responsibility for testing, procurement, and delivery schedules</li>
<li>Acting as a point of contact for customers and in-orbit demonstration partners</li>
<li>Ensuring flight-critical steps are completed to a high standard:</li>
<li>Planning and leading verification and validation testing</li>
<li>Reviewing assembly plans and interface controls</li>
<li>Maintaining up-to-date documentation, including ICDs, flight documentation, and partner requirements</li>
</ul>

<div>Helping improve processes for flight delivery across Magdrive:</div>

<li>Identifying and implementing improvements to processes and procedures</li>
<li>Assisting with recruitment screening and highlighting resource gaps<br>&nbsp;</li>

<div><strong>What we are looking for</strong></div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div><strong><em>Essential</em></strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Minimum 5 years engineering experience within the space industry</li>
<li>Bachelors degree in engineering or related discipline</li>
<li>Experience working on space systems hardware and product delivery</li>
</ul>
<div><em><strong>Desirable</strong></em></div>
<ul>
<li>Experience with CAD (electrical and mechanical)</li>
<li>Understanding of thermal and structural considerations for space systems</li>
<li>Experience in systems engineering for spacecraft and subsystems</li>
<li>Demonstrable experience with spacecraft chemical and electric propulsion<br>&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
