'Reading between my written lines below it really shows how our MVA set up works for teachers work life balance - in particular in avoiding burnout and overwhelm. I genuinely thought my teaching days were over when I left the classroom in 2021. I was exhausted, burnt out and had nothing left to give. But since I have started at MVA my sparkle has come back - I love teaching and mentoring and so lucky to be able to do it at a school that values all our wellbeing!! An incredible place to be!! What really galvanised me to want to join the MVA family was as a result of my interviews. I interviewed for both maths teaching and mentoring, and instantly clicked with Joe and Suzanne.
