<div style="text-align: justify;">We are looking for a motivated individual to join us as a Customer Development Executive. This is a varied, hands-on role sitting across sales, customer success and marketing, ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and wants to play a meaningful role within a growing EdTech business.</div>

<h2 style="text-align: justify;"><strong>What You'll Be Doing</strong></h2>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<ul>
<li>Proactive and reactive sales prospecting and conversion</li>
<li>Supporting new and existing customers to ensure the Morrisby platform is embedded and used effectively within their organisation</li>
<li>Being a key point of contact for customers via phone, video calls and email daily</li>
<li>Responding to tier one and tier two technical queries</li>
<li>Supporting marketing communications activity</li>
<li>Making use of our CRM, Xero, AI tools and other software</li>
</ul>

<h2 style="text-align: justify;"><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></h2>

<li>A confident and professional communicator: in writing, on the phone and on video calls</li>
<li>Someone proactive who takes ownership of their work and gets things done</li>
<li>Comfortable learning new software and technology quickly</li>
<li>Highly organised with the ability to manage a varied workload</li>
<li>A team player who is happy to get stuck in across different areas of the business</li>
<li>A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential; our office is not accessible by public transport.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<div>No specific qualifications are required. We care more about attitude, aptitude and the right approach than a particular background.</div>
