Shortlisted candidates will have an initial get to know you telephone call with a member of the People team to give you more information on MOTH’s story, the team, the role and what it’s like to work at MOTH. We’ll then ask you some questions about your experience and application and answer any questions you might have at this stage.
For some roles we might ask you to complete an online video assessment with a couple of simple questions.&nbsp;

STAGE 1:&nbsp;

For those that are shortlisted we will invite for a face to face interview at the MOTH offices. This is so you can meet with some of the team. As part of this interview, we like to set a short task for you to prepare in advance and present at the interview. 
This is a great opportunity for us to see how you work and for you to get your teeth into the type of work you would be doing at MOTH. We would never expect you to spend more than an hour or two preparing it. Once you’ve presented, we’ll then ask you some questions based on the role and your experience and, as always, making sure we leave plenty of time for any questions from you.

Please note that our offices are spread over 2 floors but we have our own lift and accessible bathrooms.&nbsp;

STAGE 2:

We’re a values led business, we live and breathe them everyday and they influence how we do things at MOTH. We’re not into culture fit, but we think it’s super important that we make sure that our values align with yours so you’ll be able to thrive at MOTH.
The final interview is an interview with one of the People team and a member of the UK leadership team (MOTHership – get it?) to ask you questions based on our values.
At this stage we also want you to ask us anything that has been on your mind or can help you ensure that we’re the right fit for you.&nbsp;

STAGE 3:

We know that one size does not fit all and that is also true of interview processes. As part of the application process, we will ask you if there are any adjustments that we can make to the process for you.

<p>We are looking for superstar Sales Support Interns based in Los Angeles, Newport Beach/Long Beach, Chicago, Ft Lauderdale and Tampa. As the main requirement for this job, you’ll be staffing demos and tastings at our partner Retail stores. You will be responsible for serving potential consumers samples of the various MOTH cocktails and converting consumers to purchase MOTH.&nbsp;</p>
<p>When you are not sampling in store, you’ll out on the road visiting stores that stock MOTH to ensure they are properly merchandised and well-stocked. You’ll be collecting data to then feed that back to the MOTH team. You will be assisting our Sales Team in market, tackling any sales related job function throughout the assigned territory.</p>
<p>You’re naturally enthusiastic and you’re a real people person. You’ll be hands on, doing stock checks in store and handling customer queries with ease. You’ll be a true ambassador of the brand, your passion for MOTH will shine through.&nbsp;</p>
<p>This a part time role working 24 hours a week split over 4 days from Wednesday to Sunday. Sometimes there will be a requirement to work additional hours.</p>
