<li>Strategic / Creative Thinking - championing the art of thinking sideways with every design idea. Challenging convention and being unafraid to suggest ideas that feel like wildcards. Be brave and not too precious.</li>
<li>Be confident presenting, Selling work, and dealing with feedback -. talk about your ideas and the work with clarity and self-belief.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Design Skill + Craft - Uphold high standards in design craft. Have a strong eye for detail and very good understanding of type and layout.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Organisation + Project Management - work alongside the rest of your project team to ensure you have a good understanding of deliverables and the work needed for key meetings.</li>

<li>You have a good understanding of figma and the adobe creative suite</li>
<li>Experience using After Effects or Premier a bonus (not essential!)</li>

<li>Strong knowledge of typography</li>
<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills</li>
