<li>Uphold creative/design quality - Ensure lead design and creative teams are in the right meetings at the right moments to ensure the highest possible creative outputs. Work with the rest of the team to ensure work meets the client’s brief but also that we are pushing back on feedback when it makes sense and at the right times.</li>

<div>Building and Maintaining Internal Relationships&nbsp;</div>
<ul>
<li>Be a team player - Building and maintaining strong working relationships across every discipline within the agency.</li>
<li>Develop clear project briefs - With clear roles, responsibilities, timings and outputs, and ensure all members of the project team are briefed on time to deliver.&nbsp;</li>

<div>Organisation and Project Management&nbsp;</div>
<ul>
<li>Process management - Know the Otherway way of running projects inside and out, and work with the broader project teams to ensure best practices for each brief.</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Have strong Meeting &amp; presenting management &nbsp;- Develop presentation skills to be able to present internally and to clients with clarity and confidence, and run meetings efficiently and effectively with clear agendas and next steps.</li>
<li>Be proactive and solutions-focused in the face of project challenges, maintaining a calm and positive outlook throughout. &nbsp;</li>
