<div><span style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;">Ready to make your mark? Leading a team of three, you’ll head up Pip &amp; Nut’s growth in the Out of Home space. OOH is a huge opportunity for us &amp; you’ll be responsible for building and executing the channel strategy, growing Pip &amp; Nut’s presence, and acting as the go to guru for all the nutty gritty OOH details.&nbsp;</span></div>

<li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;"><span style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;"><strong>Our OOH architect. </strong>You’ll be the brains behind the operation, setting &amp; executing the total OOH channel strategy for both foodservice &amp; retail, with the support of our Head of Sales.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;"><span style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;"><strong>A targets tracker.</strong> Living our ‘make every nut count’ value, you’ll own the channel’s P&amp;L, manage budgets effectively &amp; make sure we’re hitting key KPIs.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;"><span style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;"><strong>An opportunity spotter. </strong>You’ll keep your ears pricked for new opportunities, working with the team to chase down new business, meet their targets &amp; keep Pip &amp; Nut growing across the OOH channel.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;"><span style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;"><strong>A supportive leader.</strong> Leading &amp; coaching a team of three (NAMs &amp; NAE), setting clear goals, supporting on tricky negotiations, and building a team spirit that keeps them motivated to hit every target.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;"><span style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;"><strong>An expert in the field.</strong> Creating &amp; executing a national field sales strategy that makes a splash on the shelves. </span></li>
<li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;"><span style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;"><strong>The OOH amplifier. </strong>You’ll be the voice &amp; expert of OOH inside The Nest. You’ll confidently get the rest of the business up to speed on your world, and you’ll be a pro at influencing to get the support your channel needs.</span></li>

<li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;"><span style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;"><strong>A growth guru.</strong> Entrepreneurial &amp; opportunity-focused, with a proven track record of delivering seriously strong revenue growth.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;"><span style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;"><strong>A strategic squirrel,</strong> who’s confident in building comprehensive channel strategies from scratch, communicating them effectively to the wider business &amp; then (crucially) making them happen.</span></li>
