<div><strong>What you’ll be doing</strong></div>
<div>We’re looking for a Country Manager, maternity cover, to continue to drive our international footprint in BENELUX. You’ll lead all things Sales &amp; Marketing in one of our most strategic regions, making sure we hit our targets while translating our brand into the market.</div>

<div>You’ll report to Pip, our founder &amp; CEO, build and then manage the BENELUX Sales &amp; Marketing Teams, and work closely with the UK to chase after our ambitious growth plans, all whilst keeping us aligned with our values and purpose. You’ll also be the heart of the BENELUX team spirit keeping us (UK &amp; BENELUX team) motivated and aligned.</div>
<div>Your leadership will help position Pip &amp; Nut be the No.1 challenger brand in snacking and spreads in BENELUX.</div>

<div><strong>In a nutshell, you’ll be:&nbsp;</strong></div>

<li>Owning the BENELUX commercial strategy plan, prioritise, and execute for maximum impact.</li>
<li>Recruit, develop, and inspire a Sales &amp; Marketing dream team who are passionate, aligned with our values, and ready to roll up their sleeves.</li>
<li>Shape how Pip &amp; Nut shows up in the market - online, offline, and everywhere our squirrel fans notice us.</li>
<li>Executing on a field sales strategy in Belgium to drive visibility in the market.</li>
<li>Drive category growth &amp; 4P execution (Price, Product, Placement, Promotion)</li>
<li>Activate bold marketing and trade campaigns that excite shoppers, in-store and online.</li>
<li>Partner with Finance and Operations to manage &amp; own the P&amp;L, forecasts, and growth plans ensuring we land every branch (aka metric) on the tree (aka P&amp;L).</li>
<li>Be the heartbeat of the BENELUX team, keeping everyone motivated and aligned.</li>

<div><br><strong>Things we’re looking for (skills &amp; credentials):</strong></div>

<li>Solid experience in commercial leadership (FMCG/consumer goods).</li>
<li>Willingness to travel to London once a month, at minimum.</li>
<li>Proven record in leading Sales/Marketing teams and driving commercial growth.</li>
<li>Strong skills in marketing, brand execution, category management, and 4P activation.</li>
<li>Strategic thinker with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset.</li>
<li>Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.</li>
<li>Analytical, results-driven, and fluent in Dutch, French, and English.</li>
<li>Bonus: a love for nut butter (and squirrels 😉).</li>
