<div><strong>Beginning</strong><br>Pip started Pip &amp; Nut in 2015. After whizzing up nut butters at home (using natural ingredients &amp; nothing else) she was onto something tasty. Her friends agreed. Her family agreed, and soon the people of London’s Maltby Street Market agreed.&nbsp;</div>
<div>The word - and the nut butter - started spreading. Fast. We leapt onto the shelves of Selfridges. Then Sainsbury’s. Then Wholefoods &amp; Ocado. Then Asda, Morrisons, Waitrose, Co-Op, Tesc- you get it.</div>

<div><strong>Middle</strong>&nbsp;<br>We’re in every UK supermarket, but we’re not done yet (that’s why we need you). We want to keep growing while showing people that tasty food can be good for you &amp; the planet. We’re a B Corp after all. That’s not just a pretty badge. Better business is an all-day, everyday mindset.</div>

<div><br><strong>What you’ll be doing</strong></div>
<div>Strangely, no one gets Pip &amp; Nut’s categories like our Senior Category Manager – that’s why your role is so important. With a wealth of data from nut butter &amp; snacking at your fingertips, you’ll be the go-to person for insights. Whether it’s working with the Sales team to build killer sales pitches, helping Marketing understand our shopper, or feeding into product development - you’ll get to work across the business as a beacon of data-driven knowledge. Outside The Nest, you’ll cement Pip &amp; Nut as category leaders, building independent relationships with our retail partners &amp; helping them develop their own category strategies. AKA an ‘insights influencer’.</div>

<div><strong>In a nutshell, you’ll be:&nbsp;</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>A data transformer. Responsible for managing all our external category sources and turning that raw data into meaningful insights for the whole business to use.</li>
<li>A storyteller. Working with our Sales team to build compelling, category-focused sell-in stories for new product launches.</li>
<li>Presenting with prowess. You’ll give confident presentations to our retailer partners, both with Account Managers, and independently, to develop Pip &amp; Nut’s role as category leaders.</li>
<li>Representing our shoppers. Working closely with the Marketing team, you’ll get under the skin of our customers, using consumer insight platforms to create category stories &amp; feed into brand plans.</li>
<li>Planning new products. Your insight will be vital in helping our Product team shape their development pipelines.</li>
<li>Building the brand. You’ll use your knowledge to create long-term category visions for nut butter &amp; snacking, then translating these into our annual brand plans.</li>
<li>Making every nut count. Owning data budgets &amp; managing contracts with our data agencies, negotiating terms &amp; always ensuring we get the most for our investment.</li>
<li>An effective line manager and coach for our Exec.</li>
</ul>
<div><strong>Things we’re looking for (skills &amp; credentials):</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>A category champion with a strong track record of success as a category lead.</li>
<li>A data appreciator. Someone who loves diving into detail, with data analysis experience &amp; confidence turning raw data into meaningful insight.</li>
<li>A story spotter with a creative mind to see, &amp; tell, a story from data.</li>
<li>An Excel whizz - you’ll be spending a lot of time analysing data in Excel, so we’re looking for someone who knows their way around a spreadsheet.</li>
<li>A captivating presenter. You’ll need to be comfortable &amp; confident delivering engaging presentations both internally &amp; externally.</li>
<li>Curiosity. We’re looking for an inquisitive mind with a passion for digging deeper into the detail to get to the ‘why’.</li>
<li>A connector. Someone with a history of building great relationships, especially with external retail partners or as a manager.&nbsp;</li>
