<li>Build and manage a high-velocity pipeline of publisher opportunities through outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, industry events, virtual meetings, and onsite presentations</li>
<li>Act as the primary pubX evangelist for agentic advertising — articulating how autonomous sales agents, AI-driven yield optimization, and first-party data monetization create differentiated revenue for publishers</li>
<li>Close high-value deals and negotiate commercial terms that align publisher incentives with pubX's growth objectives, working collaboratively with the North American President and wider leadership tea</li>
<li>Identify areas of opportunity and industry trends — including shifts in supply path optimization, Prebid adoption, privacy regulation, and agentic AI — to position pubX's offerings ahead of the market</li>
<li>Demonstrate deep product knowledge of pubX's Bid Intelligence, agentic marketplace, and first-party data capabilities to senior publisher stakeholders (CROs, SVPs of Programmatic, Heads of Ad Tech)</li>
<li>Represent pubX at key industry events (POSSIBLE, Digiday, Beeler Tech, Prebid Ascent, AdExchanger, Programmatic I/O, and others) to build visibility, generate leads, and cultivate relationships</li>
<li>Maintain accurate pipeline records and communicate goals, forecasts, and results to leadership with clear, data-driven reporting</li>

<li>7+ years of experience in publisher development, business development, or new-business sales within AdTech, programmatic advertising, or the broader digital media ecosystem</li>
<li>An established network of publisher and media owner contacts — particularly among Tier 1 properties and Jounce Bellwether-recognized portfolios (e.g., publishers like Dotdash Meredith, Fandom, Raptive, Yahoo, Paramount, and similar-scale operations)#</li>
<li>Strong understanding of the programmatic supply chain — header bidding (Prebid), supply path optimization, bid-stream dynamics, SSP/DSP relationships, and publisher yield economics</li>
<li>Fluency in first-party data, identity, and privacy — you understand why publisher first-party data is increasingly valuable and can articulate how agentic AI unlocks its potential</li>
<li>Proven track record of closing high-value deals with complex, multi-stakeholder publisher organizations, including the ability to sell into CRO, SVP, and VP-level decision makers</li>
<li>Entrepreneurial mindset — you're comfortable building the playbook, not just following one. You've thrived in scaling environments where you need to be resourceful, self-directed, and creative</li>
<li>Exceptional communication skills — you can deliver a compelling in-person pitch to a room of senior publisher executives as easily as you write a sharp cold email</li>
<li>Comfort with AI and emerging technology — you don't need to write code, but you should be excited by agentic AI and able to credibly discuss how autonomous agents are reshaping programmatic advertising</li>
