About Us

<div>Responsibilities</div>
<div>Own and deliver R&amp;D programmes from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with technical, commercial, and strategic objectives.<br>Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope definition, timelines, resource allocation, budget and risk management.<br>Coordinate cross-functional teams across scientific research, software development, and external collaborators.<br>Monitor programme progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement corrective actions where required.<br>Act as the primary interface between internal teams, leadership, and external stakeholders, including customers and partners.<br>Translate scientific and technical requirements into structured deliverables and development roadmaps.<br>Prepare regular reporting for senior leadership and the Board, including progress updates, risks, and performance metrics.<br>Support business development activities, including identifying opportunities, shaping proposals, and contributing to grant applications.<br>Contribute to operational processes, including project governance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement across workflows.<br>Assist with customer engagement, including technical discussions, progress reviews, and occasional on-site visits.<br>Support broader company operations where required, including coordination across infrastructure, data, and software systems.<br>Ensure compliance with data protection, security, and relevant regulatory requirements.</div>
