<div>We are seeking a Technical Programme Manager to lead delivery across our R&amp;D software programmes, customer collaborations, and strategic product initiatives. <div>You will coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams, guide technical programmes from concept to delivery, and act as a key interface with customers, partners, and internal leadership. You will also help shape product direction, strengthen operational processes, and support new commercial and collaborative opportunities.</div>
<div>This is a hybrid role, requiring two days per week in our London office.</div>

<div>Lead R&amp;D programmes from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with scientific, engineering, and commercial objectives.<br>Plan and manage complex projects including scope, timelines, resources, risks, and budgets.<br>Coordinate cross‑functional teams across scientific research, software engineering, product, and operations.<br>Engage directly with customers to manage technical programmes, build partnerships, and support collaborative development.<br>Guide product direction by translating scientific requirements into structured roadmaps and deliverables.<br>Identify and shape new opportunities including commercial proposals, grant applications, and collaborative projects.<br>Report to leadership and the Board with clear updates on progress, risks, and performance metrics.<br>Improve operational processes including governance, documentation, and quality assurance.<br>Support customer interactions through technical discussions, progress reviews, and occasional on‑site visits.<br>Contribute to company operations across infrastructure, data workflows, and internal systems.<br>Ensure compliance with data protection, security, and relevant regulatory requirements.</div>
